How to use the refuge points:

  • Locate the Station: Find the Refuge Point at the top of the nearest emergency exit stairs (marked clearly on the floor plan provided below).
  • Press the Call Button: Activate the intercom system by pressing the call button.
  • Speak to the Control Room: You will be connected directly to a control room team member.
  • State Your Location: Give the team member your exact location. They will immediately coordinate with the fire brigade to ensure you are safely rescued.
